Veterinary Resource & Contact Animal Alliance New York, Maddie's Fund. These free or low-cost clinics and programs can make pet care more affordable. If you've lost a dog, cat, or other pet in NYC, file a Lost Pet Report on AC&C's website, & search the 'Found Pet' database. You may report animal neglect/ abuse by dialing 911. Our work benefits the homeless dogs and cats of NYC, but the Alliance is neither a shelter nor a rescue group- we are a collective pet resources provider; thank you for the support!
